Governing Law

1. Contracting Parties – Commercial Policy

The contracting parties are:

The “Customer” or “Consumer“: the end consumer, i.e., any individual making purchases through the Website.

These Terms of Sale do not govern the provision of services or the sale of products by third parties possibly present on the Website via links, banners, or other hypertext connections.

2. Application and Changes to the Terms of Sale

Before making purchases through the Website, the Customer declares to have read and understood these Terms of Sale as well as all the information provided during the purchase process and the contents of the following sections: Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and to accept them in full without reservation.

Plastiz reserves the right to modify the contents of these Terms of Sale and other documents listed above, with updates displayed on the Website. Therefore, you are invited to periodically review the Website to check for updates or changes. Any modifications will become effective upon publication on the Website.

The Terms of Sale applicable to a purchase will always be those in effect at the time the order is placed.

3. Product Features and Prices

The essential features of the products are presented on the Website in each product sheet. The images and colors of the products offered for sale on the Website may vary or not exactly match the actual items due to the internet browser and/or monitor used.

The products are offered for sale at the price indicated on the Website at the time the Purchase Order is placed. Prices may change and vary. You are invited to check the final sale price before sending the Purchase Order.

Prices on the Website include VAT and, unless expressly stated otherwise, do not include any additional shipping and delivery costs, which, if applicable, are clearly indicated during the purchase process.

4. How to Conclude the Contract

To purchase one or more products on the Website, the Customer must fill out and electronically submit the respective Purchase Order to Plastiz, following the instructions provided during the purchase process. All stages of the purchase process are clearly described through the Website pages and their related texts and graphics.

By transmitting the Purchase Order electronically, the Customer unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not submit the Purchase Order.

The sales contract is deemed concluded once Plastiz sends the Customer a confirmation email containing these Terms of Sale, including provisions on the right of withdrawal and all commercial and contractual terms displayed before the Purchase Order was sent.

5. Shipping

Products purchased on the Website will be delivered by Plastiz via courier to the address specified in the Purchase Order within 15 working days from the contract’s conclusion.
